Start of a new year, Promise of a new day

Another blog? But its a fresh start "Start of a new year.Promise of a new day" coped by the people who danced to this song in the rainbow concert.But when i first heard it, i felt that it is quite true that everyday when we wake up we are given the promise of a new day.A new day to do what pleases him and fufill our life better for god.Its 2008 already, i must be dreaming man.It just goes to show time passes by very fast, time to wake up and do our job for him.For now i hope god will reveal to me what i am gonna pursue for the next few years.And i certainly hope that he will be able to change my life more for him.

On Monday, i woke up super early cos caleb asked me to go play soccer with him and his friends.But as usual caleb wasnt able to wake up early and i had to go to his house as he hadnt bathed and do all his time wasting stuff.Then we went to telok blangah to play soccer.Woah my second time there already and i suggest for those who are like soccer fanatics to go there and play.Its like a street soccer court but just very very big and the goal posts are like twice the size of a original court.Its like playing field soccer only the floor is hard.But dun get me wrong it isnt as big as a field just much bigger than any other court.As i was saying, second time there, i was very shy/intimidated i hardly made a shot or try to dribble pass anybody. Anyway to sum it all up rubbish soccer day.

Then caleb and i went back to eat but we had to da pao cos caleb was in a rush to check scores or so he says.Anyway went back to his house,bathe and go anchorpoint.Jammers arh i tell you seriously like to meet super early for some strange reason. Dina is an excellent planner , just that she calculates the timing we spent for something so precise and knowing jammers it takes quite long for us to do anything, so we end up doing very redundant things. Like chop seats,who chop seats in a food court? apparently US.Ok back to the story, caleb and i met liesel victor and daryl at the mrt and set off for anchopoint to buy cornflakes as a present for van.cos it prevents pms.Liesel no doubt wins first place for best present giver.After that caleb and i bought bubble tea and had some talk and thats when jenisse appeared and joined the two of us and i accidentally blurted something out which was bad.then the three of us went back to the food court and joy was also there already with a jelly cake. Super unique never saw something like that in my life. Eric and bell came soon after that and we celebrated van's bday, 31st december lol. After that we headed to ikea thanks to the man of the day victor for suggesting it and wasting money at the place haha. Finally we set off to church and by this time marcus joel tong had joined us also.

Ok watchnight was cool but i din come for the previous two so there isnt any comparison, but service and sharing was meaningful although i was outside for most of the time cos of the after effects of being cheapskate and being tired.But kudos to LJ and Nat's sharing.super funny the first line was already joke.After that we had more service singing hokkien songs haha like jin jia ho( if thats how u spell ) and the countdown which was a bit weird cos it didnt really make people go crazy .Then we had sleepover which was quite of a letdown as we only played a little cap's ball and not everybody played as much as last year and everyone was lethargic. although Lj's old maid was a bit high . other than that it was alot of talking and talking.One part i went up to go and see the rainbow concert and that was where i got promise of a new day from . Yea, so i was lying down on one of the pews talking to wei and watching the show and she thinks my hair is a brush.Finally around 7am caleb gabby samson victor and i went to eat long john silver's breakfast. wow its filling and good man you guys should go.


I really hope 2008 is gonna be a great year . god bless all of you
